Construction Worker in Sweden

Requirements:

Men are invited to apply. Work experience is preferred, but candidates without experience will also be considered if they are willing to learn and develop. It is important to have no harmful habits. We are looking for hardworking, active, and responsible employees.

A valid Polish visa or residence card, or a European passport, is required.

A sanitary (health) certificate is required.

Job Description:

The company is engaged in the construction of buildings and houses in Sweden. Responsibilities include preparing work before concrete pouring, including:

Preparing foundations for concrete

Reinforcement tying

Assembling formwork

Maintaining order on the construction site and carrying out the foreman’s instructions

The employer provides work clothing (helmets, gloves, and workwear).

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8–10 hours per day. Additional days or hours are possible upon agreement.

Employment is arranged through a Polish company with a secondment (delegation) document.

The candidate must come to Warsaw to sign and complete all necessary documents, and if needed, open a bank account, obtain a tax number, etc. (if required after document verification).

Accommodation is provided by the employer, and the cost is fully covered. It is important to maintain cleanliness and turn off lights, water, and gas after use. Rooms accommodate 2–4 people.

The employer provides transportation to and from the workplace. A company car may be assigned to employees.

Salary: up to €2,640 net.
