About this project

For our customer, an innovator in battery technology based in Europe and North America, we

are hiring a team of Finance experts tasked to build robust, scalable processes and manage

day-to-day operations, compliance and financial reporting.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an FP&A Analyst

• Strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise

• Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills Fluency in English (additional

languages are a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze financial models to support key business decisions

• Prepare detailed forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses

• Provide actionable insights based on financial performance metrics

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost optimization

• Present financial findings to leadership in a clear, concise manner
