Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation for Czech and Slovakian Market

This position reports to Business Development Manager.

Your responsibilites

• Actively acquire new customers and distribution channels within the Czech and Slovakian market and maintain and develop lasting relationships with them.
• Preparing and conducting sales negotiations and product presentations.
• Preparation and development of the sales offers.
• Co-creation and implementation of projects aimed at strengthening the position of the organisation and products on the Czech and Slovakian market.
• Execution of established sales plans.
• Maintenance of commercial documentation.
• Preparation of reports and analyses.
• Representing the company at international events, trade fairs.

Candidate profile

• Work experience related to automation or robotics within the Czech and/or Slovakian market.
• Fluent or native level of Czech and/or Slovakian language.
• Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level required).
• Willingness to participate in trade fairs and industry meetings.
• Well-developed negotiation and sales skills.
• Highly developed time management skills, excellent work organisation and self-reliance in achieving goals.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Minimum two years' experience in the industrial automation sector.
• Driving license B category.
