Position: Sales Engineer

Workplace: Czech Republic/Slovakia

➡️The key responsibilities

• Reviewing the market and finding customers to visit
• Introducing RTPs and developing opportunities to increase business in the local market
• Setting and achieving sales targets following assigned budgets and development initiatives of RTP Company and RTP Europe
• Open to visiting customers several times a week

➡️Our requirements

• The geographic ( preferable) location of the position is the Czech Republic/Slovakia
• Proven sales skills with a successful track record of sales in industrial markets
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and technical presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use internal support as needed
• Proficiency in English / knowledge of the Czech and Slovakia languages
• Other languages are very welcome
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the use of CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree (business and/or technical degree preferred
