Country Sourcing Specialist

Opis stanowiska:

Support and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories: include implementation plan, follow up to

suppliers and plants on execution, manage minor incidents and provide solutions to any implementation issue

 Analyse and coordinate efforts to develop and implement sourcing initiatives / projects to drive savings by

proactively support identification, definition and implementation of associated categories savings projects in the

plants in scope working with the Regional and Global Network, Total System Cost Community and the Plant

Managers

 Benchmark company needs vs. the market as to company’s position in the market, and within key suppliers

 Build a Strategic Sourcing Roadmap

 Plan Sourcing Strategy implementation

 Collaborate actively with Regional Sourcing Manager and Country Group Procurement Leader through the

Strategic Sourcing Process to build the right sourcing approach according to the business ́ needs

 Negotiate vendor contracts when needed, review vendor performance to assure contract adherence and drive

continuous improvements

 Coordinate with local stakeholders the execution of processes related to procurement of associated categories.

 Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to exchange information with key stakeholders.

Wymagania:

 At least 4 years of experience at a similar position in an international company

 English - advanced

 Two – three years of proven procurement experience

 Strong analytical skills, agility and capabilities to handle complexity

 Project Management skills preferred

 Good knowledge of MS office

 Very good knowledge of SAP / other ERP system

 Ability to work in a team
