The main tasks of the Printing Process Engineer position are:

• Collaborate with other company departments to ensure optimal product quality.
• Improvement of production processes and their analysis of downtime, scrap & changeovers.
• Monitoring of work at individual workstations process performance
• Improving tooling components to streamline the manufacturing process.
• Conduct analysis to improve machine settings and work with Production Leaders/Managers.
• Create production procedures and implement them in the production process.
• Analysis of downtime and its elimination.
• Analysis of production scrap areas and scrap reduction actions and its implementation.
• Preparation and analysis of production data.
• Improving information on production-related techniques and technologies.
• Comply with applicable organizational and quality procedures.
• Preparation of required reporting.

Wymagania:

• Education - Basic education related to any printing or manufacturing process.
• Experience or knowledge - Min. 1 to 3 years in any printing process (plastic or laminate printing, label printing, paper printing, bottle printing or any printing technology).
• Very good knowledge of English
