Come lead the charge in growing Supermetrics on the EMEA market with us!

We’re looking for Account Executives to join our sales team in Helsinki! In this role, you’ll collaborate with a fantastic team to drive new revenue growth across the assigned region.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:

Building a sales plan for your book-of-business (account base) and for new business generation so that you over-achieve your targets

Prospecting and booking meetings with select target accounts in your territory.

Managing both inbound leads and outbound outreach to maximize pipeline opportunities.

Engaging in customer growth initiatives by expanding existing client relationships.

Working with our solution and technology partners to source and close new business.

Acting as a coach and mentor to SDRs helping you fill your calendar with quality meetings.

Executing sales calls & product demos.

Educating prospects, submitting proposals and negotiating deals with prospects in marketing, data engineering and operations.

Updating Salesforce with all activities - we love our data to be clean and accurate.

Following up on your sent proposals & negotiating and closing deals.

Taking ownership in continuing to develop your knowledge of our products, the space we work in, and particularly our API and Data Warehousing offering.

Meeting weekly with your teammates to collaborate and share tips & thoughts.

This position is for you if you have:

Minimum of a few years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling to the EMEA markets.

Strong track record of closing outbound deals. 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish or Czech are a plus. 

Experience selling Martech/Adtech solutions or solid knowledge of digital marketing, business intelligence, or data warehousing ➡️ you're selling to marketing & data professionals.

These skills are also highly appreciated at Supermetrics:

High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals.

Previous experience working with and coaching an SDR.
