Purpose of the position:

Manage incoming orders in a proactive way in order to achieve an optimal customer satisfaction and the

highest process efficiency.

Position within the company:

Reports to the local General Manager.

Customer Service Specialist

Opis stanowiska:

o Works with clients on an ongoing basis:

o Accepts orders in writing or in any other form accepted in the Company, system order entry.

o Checks the credibility and financial liquidity of the recipient as well as the current balance of

clients' liabilities towards the Company and informs superiors about any delays.

o Prepares commercial offers, negotiates the terms of the transaction regarding order completion

date, method of delivery and method and date of payment (for non-cash settlements) as well as

possible discounts to the applicable prices.

o Arranges the shipment of the goods.

o Aims to expand the circle of recipients by direct contacts with existing customers and by

conducting promotional activities.

o Complaint management both in a qualitative and quantitative way, together with production and

sales.

o Prepares and carries out occasional field trip plans - after approval of direct superiors.

o Providing local support for international marketing and content for industry articles.

o Frequent reports to management on the execution of orders.

o Monitoring of transport costs and control of transport invoices.

o Keeping the order portfolio systematically up-to-date and free from overdue orders.

o Monitoring delivery times, prices, numbers and agreements and acting proactively in the event of

non-compliance.

o Answering questions from customers and colleagues by telephone and in writing

o Taking care of sample packs

o File documents correctly.

Wymagania:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree

- 1 to 2 years of work experience in a similar position/organisation

- You are accurate and result-oriented

- You have a proactive working attitude.

- Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and in writing is considered a must
